FILM NIGHT IN THE PARK OUTDOOR FILM SERIES
The San Francisco Neighborhood Theater Foundation has produced the Film Night in the Park outdoor film series in San Francisco since 2003. The series is the largest outdoor film series in California and attracts approximately 20,000 people every summer. Films are presented on a giant outdoor screen in Dolores Park, Union Square and Washington Square Park. The 2012 series included 6 films including THE ARTIST, THE GRADUATE and SIXTEEN CANDLES. Pop Secret has been the presenting sponsor of Film Night in the Park since 2010.
MOSTLY BRITISH FILM SERIES
The Mostly British Film Festival was established in 2009 as a means to diversify the programming of the Vogue Theatre and bring compelling international films to San Francisco that might not otherwise be screened in the City. The first festival was a big success and the Mostly British has quickly attracted a large and loyal following. The 2011 Festival featured over 25 films including numerous films making their San Francisco premieres.
